lyrics

Daydreaming… away…

Like fingers gripping and slipping hold onto something real that you can feel…

Daydream on the way to castles and things that make you feel nice, under whipped cream, milk chocolate white chocolate mice

Stationary objects circulate inside a blind imaginate behind your red filmed eyes…

Splitscreen on a film showing for you, just like a drug that you and I.

You pick and choose your life, your friends and loves, you don't have to listen to anything, you can just sit and daydream, think about your life, some might judge what they expect of you, a little clean ambition, but baby it's your life

Oh and you might know you never hurt anyone sitting in oblivion, but there's something real that you can steal…

Daydream away now, flying fish and holy cows, oh pies in the sky, live or die, white, blue, red, white wine, after dark alone on a bed is okay…

As the ceiling peels away leaving stars and friendly bars, sleeping in a heavy evening ning ning ba ba ba ba…

Underneath the dreaming something forms inside my mind, like red wine, like a wave inside my head, the blood is warm and the city's red and it feels like wine feels…

Stealing a voice from thin air, what was said and why was? What does that mean to you that echo of sense? Feeling like a beach of sand and stones like the hiss of an answer-phone, waves upon the shore but we´re not here right now, pity I would have liked to speak…

Tuesday evening goes so slow day, you think of things that lean on corners of something that was linked to before or behind a half opened door. Set inside an open hand and close up like flowers day and night time, like fingers gripping and slipping, hold onto something real that you can feel…
